New review published by LifeSaver Project Consortium

September 5th, 2024, Vienna, Austria

The LifeSaver Project Consortium has published a comprehensive review on fetal-maternal interactions, with a focus on the role of the placenta during the first trimester. This work offers valuable insights into the complex processes that occur between mother and fetus, particularly regarding drug transport through the placenta.

We are proud to be part of this Consortium and contributing in understanding drug transport via the placenta from mother to child using our telomerized perinatal cell lines (MSC and epithelial cells).
